If you receive your order and would like to return or exchange, please contact us at kwencosmetix@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please note that all extensions, frontals, closures, and units must be in the same condition in which you received it. No flat ironing, washing, coloring, cutting etc

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, any used items cannot be exchanged or returned.
